Welcome to 2010
Well I had a bit longer break from the blog and newsletter than I had originally intended, an extra month. If you have looked at the last post and want to know if Daughter kept the antler secret, well the answer is she kept a secret. It just wasn’t the secret we thought, she did tell her brother and they both said nothing until Christmas Day.
We had a lovely family Christmas and the kids enjoyed their summer holidays which seemed to pass so quickly. Then it was time for Daughter’s first day at school. She took this in her stride and now both Son and Daughter have settled into their respective classes and are enjoying school.
So what does 2010 hold for us, as in you and me and this blog. As you may have gathered from the posts later last year most of them had a self improvement type flavour. This is where my main interest lies. I have been studying self improvement for some time now and have used the skills and techniques I have learned to improve my outlook on life and increase my levels of fulfilment and happiness. I would love everyone to be able to access and use these skills to help themselves to find where they want to go in life and then to assist them in getting there.
I am now able to offer Success Coaching services using the Beyond Success system. This system is one of the best available as it offers people a combination of one on one coaching backed by written work which really helps you develop in the areas of life you need clarity in. These written units are the result of twenty five years of study in the field by Paul and Mary Blackburn.
To become a coach with Beyond Success you have to be coached by one of their coaches, take part in various bootcamps and do the unit work. They are of the view, which I agree totally with, that unless you sort yourself out and understand yourself then you can’t effectively coach others.
As you may be able to tell I am starting to get on my soap box about it all, needless to say I think it is a great system and look forward to being able to offer it to you and tell you more about it. Future blog posts will explain more about coaching and give you lots of tips about getting your life on track, how to get more out of life and all probably supplied with additional learnings form Son, Daughter and Him. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
